Summary:
Cyber-warfare is the new weapon of the 21st century in which nations have become ever more reliant on cyber-security systems to protect its interests. However the inability to effectively determine the cost of an effective cyber-security has resulted in an unscientific wild guessing game as to how much funding is required.
My comments:
While the foretold increase of knowledge (Daniel 12:4) brings many advancements, imperfect man, still under the bondage of corruption, and still under subjection to futility (Ecclesiastes 1:2; Romans 8:20), finds that such advancements cannot and will not bring the desire peace. Instead, as foretold, the increase of knowledge amongst the masses brings trouble, turmoil, discontent. (Daniel 12:1) Once mankind has reached their "wits end", and they call upon God, then God steps in to bring them to their desired haven. -- Psalm 107:23-32.
