If Acts 4:12 and 1 Timothy 2:5 is right, and if 2 Peter 3:9 is right, then Jesus is the only way for salvation for all people and the desire of God is for all people to be saved through Jesus.

Yes, all are saved by that ransom sacrifice of Jesus. The application of that salvation in this age, however, is only for a few, thus only a few actually answer the call of this age.

Read the article, but it does not address 2 Peter 3:9 where it says that God is patient. Patient for what? Patient enough to allow all that would come to Him for salvation are able to do so. He is tremendously patient.
Acts 4:12 is an absolute statement: There is no other name for salvation. None. 2 Peter 3:9 is an absolute statement: God is not willing that any perish. None. This is supported in many other verses in the Bible, notably Ezekiel 18:32)
The original post asked, "Can Everyone Answer the Gospel Call?" If the answer is anything but "YES", that would make the Bible wrong. There is no dispensational provision that allows for any other means of salvation.
A different question is, "Yes, but will they?" That question is different, and actually inconsequential because it can only be answered by God and the 'they'. Anything else is meaningless speculation that really will not benefit anyone.

Just reading the article probably will not give the understanding of what it is about; it actually took me years to see what the scripures were actually saying, and what they do not say. I would suggest that one not jsut read the studies, but to actually take time, pray for God's spirit, and most definitely look up the scriptures. Nevertheless, unless God permits you to appreciably understand, nothing I or anyone else can do will make you so understand.

Yes, no one will be saved except through Jesus; the whole world is saved through Jesus, not by any other name. -- John 4:42; 1 John 4:14.

I am not sure what is thought to be said in Ezekiel 18:32; nevertheless, this is speaking of those under law covenant. The "death" imposed upon those under the Law Covenant was not the second death, but rather the death in Adam. All who are dying in Adam will be made alive through Christ. (1 Corinthians 15:21,22) Thus, all unbelievers who died in Adam, will be raised in the resurrection of judgment in the last day. Then they will be judged apart from the condemnation in Adam.
Nevertheless, if any under the law could have obeyed that law, they would have lived forever. No one, however, gained life through obedience to the Law Covenant.

I am not sure exactly what the brothers have in mind as related the question asked; we have to wait until Sunday to find out. To me the question is worded in such a way that it would not be asking, can anyone who receives the call answer the call? Nor is it asking, Can anyone who hears about the call, answer the call? It is asking if absolutely everyone earth can answer the call? In other words, is the call designed so that it could convert the whole world to Jesus in this present age?
If the answer is "yes", then Jesus was wrong when he said, "13 Enter in by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many are those who enter in by it. 14 How narrow is the gate, and restricted is the way that leads to life! Few are those who find it." (Matthew 7:13,14) And Jesus said to his disciples, "To you it is given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom of Heaven, but it is not given to them." (Matthew 13:11) Thus, not everyone in the world is going to respond to the Gospel call. The purpose of the Gospel Call is not to bring everyone in the world to Christ, but to select a few who become the seed of Abraham with Jesus. Those who remain blinded by Satan cannot answer the Gospel Call. No one can answer the call to come to Jesus except that God draw him. (John 6:44)
It is very obvious that not everyone from the time of Jesus to the present has even heard of Jesus, thus, how could they answer the call which they never heard?
Is God then drawing the whole world to Jesus in the present age? Has everyone one earth ever since Jesus came been enlightened with the truth? Obviously not, for God is still allowing the nations to be blinded by Satan. (2 Corinthians 4:4; Revelation 12:9) The time has not yet come when Satan is abyssed, so that the heathen can no longer be under his deceptions. (Revelation 20:1-3) However, when Satan is abyssed, the Gospel call to walk in the restricted way will be over. Then the call will be walk up the Highway of Holiness (Isaiah 35:8) that will then opened to all the people of the world who are now condemned through Adam, and who do not become the seed of Abraham in this age.
