“If you deny the Trinity you lose your soul and if you try to explain it you lose your mind.” pin.it/vu2wsjA
This statement is often quoted by many trinitarians, and some have attributed the statement to Augustine. I could not verify that Augustine actually stated this, but nonetheless, the statement is widely quoted by trinitarian authors.
Trinitarians, however, seem to think that since the trinity is "beyond human comprehension", that it must be of divine origin, and by "divine" they mean from God. Of course, the demons are just as capable of coming up with such an incomprehensible concept. For those who believe in the Bible as being the divinely-inspired Word of God, containing the faith once delivered to the saints, the real question is, "Is the trinitarian concept ever revealed in the Bible?" Trinitarians may present many scriptures in which they claim that the trinity is referred to, but not one scripture actually reveals any concept that the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob is more than one person, or that He is three persons. Absolutely all the scriptures trinitarians present as alleged "proofs" of the trinity concept can be seen to be in harmony with the rest of the Bible without adding the trinitarian concept to the Bible. jesusnotyhwh.blogspot.com/2016/09/jesusnotjah.html
