Isaiah 6:1 and the Holy Name

It is claimed that the original Hebrew of Isaiah 61:1 contained the Holy Name, and that the copyists changed it to a form of the word often transliterated as "adon" (adoni or adonai). Is this view supported by the Great Isaiah Scroll?
