Hello and thank you so much for this site! It has given me a lot of hope.
I generally understand God's plans and the Bible chronology, but somehow I found myself tumbling with Revelation 20. Can some one please enlighten me. Is this right: 1. the Serpent is locked away 2. there is the first resurrection of the holy 3. the period of 1000 years 4. the Serpent is released from it's prison 5. the second resurrection and the second death.
If this is right, what is happening during the period of 1000 years since there is no resurrected people? Or have I misunderstood the chronology in Rev. 20?

Thank you in advance! And blessings.
Some believe that the general resurrection takes place after the thousand years; I believe that the Bible indicates that both resurrections take place during the same thousand years. Since the saints participate in the judging of the world, they do have to be raised before the world is raised; they are all raised, however, in the same "last day", only the justified are raised to life, while those who are justified in this age are raised to judgment.
