One has presented the KJV of Isaiah 42:8, and evidently wishes us to believe that "the Lord" as it appears in the King James Version of Isaiah 42:8 is the "the Lord from heaven" (KJV) in 1 Corinthians 15:47.
First, we should note that God's Holy Name is not "the Lord"; most translations actually have changed God's Holy Name in Isaiah 42:8.

I am Jehovah; that is My name; and I will not give My glory to another, nor My praise to engraved images. - (Isaiah 42:8, Green's Literal)
Jehovah does not give the glory of being the only true Supreme Being to anyone else, not even His son. -- John 17:1,3,5.
Isaiah 61:1 - The Spirit of the Lord Jehovah is on Me, because Jehovah has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the meek. He has sent Me to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim liberty to captives, and complete opening to the bound ones. -- Green's Literal.
Who is it that anointed Jesus, making him both lord and christ (meaning "anointed one")? It was the **Lord** Jehovah who anointed Jesus and who made Jesus to be Lord (Ezekiel 34:23,24; Isaiah 61:1,2; Acts 2:36); The Lord Jehovah, who was already the Lord Jehovah, did not anoint the Lord Jehovah, so that the Lord Jehovah would be made the Lord Jehovah.
1 Corinthians 15:47, by saying that Jesus is the Lord from heaven, does not say that Jesus is the Lord Jehovah who anointed and made Jesus to be Lord. This actually make use of the false impression given by translators that God's name is "the Lord", and twists what the scriptures say based on that false rendering of the Holy Name.
It was the Lord Jehovah who raised Jesus from death (Acts 2:32; 4:10; 5:30; 13:33; Romans 10:9), and who exalted Jesus to the highest position in the universe, next to the only the Most High Himself. -- Acts 2:33,36; 5:31; Philippians 2:9; Ephesians 1:3,17-23; 1 Corinthians 15:27.
The Lord from heaven of 1 Corinthians 15:47 is not Jehovah, but rather Jesus, who, having been raised, not in the flesh, but in the spirit (1 Peter 3:18), is now, since his ascension into heaven, the Lord from heaven, a spiritual being, who supplies the example of a spiritual body in the resurrection, while Adam (before he sinned), supplies an example of those who will be raised with a terrestrial, earthly, physical body.

Deuteronomy 7:9 is also referenced, again, from the KVJ, evidently to leave the impression that the "Lord from heaven" in 1 Corinthians 15:47 is God of Deuteronomy 7:9.
Again, most translations have changed God's Holy Name to "the Lord" in Deuteronomy 7:9.
Because of this, know that Jehovah your God, He is God, the faithful God, keeping the covenant and mercy to those who love Him, and to those who keep His commands, to a thousand generations. - (Deuteronomy 7:9; Green's Literal)
Deuteronomy 7:9 does not say that the Lord from heaven of 1 Corinthians 15:47 is God, but rather that Jehovah is God, He being the source of all. (1 Corinthians 8:6) It was the Lord Jehovah who anointed Jesus, making him both Lord and Christ; it was Jehovah who raised and who exalted Jesus, so that Jesus is now -- since his ascension -- the Lord from heaven. -- Psalm 45:7; Ezekiel 34:23,24; Isaiah 61:1,2; Acts 2:32,33,36; 3:13,15; Ephesians 1:3,17-23; Philippians 2:9; Hebrews 1:1-4,13; 1 Peter 3:18,22.
